I live in Indianapolis. I made this order online around midnight. I incidentally put my city/state so I called the next day. The lovely person I talked to on the phone was familiar with the area around her florist, caught the mistake and changed it. She was such a pleasure to talk to and the arrangement arrived on time. They even made a courtesy call ahead of delivery. Over a thousand miles away and the service could not have been better if it was local. I’m so grateful and my Sweetheart loved the Arrangement.
