Update- I am happy to share that the owner of Floral Expressions contacted me about my review. He took accountability for what happened with our order and made it right. He said he had staffing issues and apologized for this issue. Mistakes can happen…he took ownership and said he will re-educate his team. I will be using this company again in the future. Thank you so much for contacting me. —-We live in Ohio and sent flowers to our Mother in Littleton. Unfortunately, the delivery driver did not ring the doorbell when he delivered our order so our Mother did not know the flowers were delivered until late in the evening (Our Mother’s mobile number was provided and she was home all day). The flowers sat out for about 7 hours so they were mostly wilted when our Mother found them. I had also signed up for text notifications for when the delivery was made but the system did not advise me when the flowers were delivered. I first called the store to confirm delivery and then to ask if they had any recourse since the flowers were wilted, I was told I am sorry but we had so many deliveries for Mother’s Day so this happens. I understand and appreciate this but this is a business providing a service. We paid $100 for these flowers but the worst part of this is our gift to our Mother was wilted. We will not be using this company again. We wanted to try their services but we will not moving forward. We normally send flowers 3-4 times per year to our Mother. I am sharing this as this is a disheartening experience that Floral Expressions does not practice accountability in their services.

My daughter was very pleased with her flowers at a very sad time .. I have used floral expressions before as it is in the area where my daughter lives in Denver . The previous time we were unhappy as one of the blooms was below standard but on telling them they were quick to replace the bloom which had a long life and was beautiful. Great service
